BRETA Firm Return Policy
At BRETA, we’re committed to delivering high-quality financial and business services. Because our products are digital, service-based, and customized, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness and clarity for both sides.
Non-Refundable Services
All BRETA services, including Accounting, Financial Optimization, Marketing Strategy, Consulting Plans, and Digital Deliverables, are non-refundable once work has begun.
This is because BRETA allocates time, labor, research, and custom development to each client immediately after purchase.
Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)
You may request a refund within 12 hours of purchase, only if no member of the BRETA team has started work on your project.
After that window, the service is considered in progress and is no longer eligible.
Revisions & Service Corrections
If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, BRETA offers complimentary revisions to ensure the service matches the agreed-upon scope.
Revisions include:
– Clarifying or correcting delivered documents
– Adjustments to reports, spreadsheets, or strategic plans
– Fixes for any errors within the scope of the purchased service
Revisions do not include:
– Additional work outside the original service scope
– Expansion to new services or new tasks
– Extra deliverables not included in the original product
Digital Products
All digital assets (documents, PDFs, templates, spreadsheets, reports, etc.) are final sale upon delivery.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for completed services violates our policy. BRETA provides documentation and proof of work in all disputes.
